Louise Marie Hurel

Louise Marie Hurel is the Digital Security Programme Lead at Igarapé Institute, a think-and-do-tank focused on multidimensional security. She is also a PhD Researcher in Data, Networks and Society at the London School of Economics and Political Science’s (LSE), Department of Media and Communications. She is a member of the Advisory Board at the Global Forum of Cyber Expertise (GFCE) and Carnegie Endowment’s Partnership for Countering Influence Operations’ (PCIO). She is a researcher at Global Foundation for Cyber Studies and Research, USA.
